Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.

To help ensure timely fulfillment:

Orders placed before 4:00 PM CST on a business day will generally be processed on the same day.
Orders placed after 4:00 PM CST will be processed on the next business day.
Orders submitted on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the following business day.

Please note that order processing begins only after payment verification is completed.

Shipping Origin

All orders are shipped from our international warehouse and fulfillment network. Depending on inventory availability and logistics arrangements, packages may be dispatched through different carrier services to ensure efficient delivery.

Orders placed with unsupported delivery addresses may be canceled and refunded.
